    A primary basement on average start from $45,000 - and above. This covers standard finishing for one bedroom, carpet, pulls handles, bathroom, and 4' wet bar


    An average suite starts from $62,000 - and above.

    This covers standard finishing for one bedroom, carpet, pulls handles, bathroom, recessed light, 8' kitchen, and, 2-burner efficient furnace.


    However, your custom basement final price will vary depending on your requirements.

  • How long does it take to develop?

    Basement construction takes 10- 13 weeks. 


    Note: for a secondary suite where a development permit is required: the permit application period takes between 6 - 8 weeks.

  • When can you start my basement?

    We start on or before two weeks from the date of City Permit approval.

  • Can i develop my basement in stages over a period of time?

    We start and finish development in a sprint to meet all requirements of the permit. 

  • How do you manage waste?
